I'm Ready to be Spanked ...

Has anyone ever seen the classic '80s movie, "Better Off Dead," that portrays many funny scenes, one being the creepy "I want my two dollars" neighborhood kid? Well, remember when all the skiers are looking down a mountain/cliff I think they named K2 or something and the neighborhood kid suddenly comes skiing behind them and chases one of the skiers (I think it's "McDreamy") down the mountain? Well, I can relate ... I just went to Whistler/Blackcomb and sometimes felt as if I was about to ski off a cliff, roll down the mountain, and die. Just one question though: Which character was I? The two dollars kid or Patrick Dempsey with great hair? I guess it depends on whether you were in front of me or behind me. Either way, I felt out of control many times. Here's one of those cliffs:

Supposedly "The Couloir," which is French for "I'm going to pee my pants," (okay, I made that up) has been named one of the top 10 runs you should ski before you die. If this is the case, perhaps one would consider making it #10 because death is a reality on this run. As you can see, I'm holding my skiis (we had to hike to this one), and Steve is about to meet his death. I'm not too sorry to say that I went around and thankfully met Steve at the bottom.
Look at my hottie! Crazy, but hottie ...
I finally experienced Tim Horton's Doughnuts. I'm thankful to say it will be a one-time experience. They're okay, but not worth it. I'd rather have a bagel!
The title of this post is a phrase I coined before we went off a run called "Spanky's Ladder." Again, we had to hike to this one, but Steve carried my skiis. Bless him. This was my favorite run at the resort. Needless to say, I got my booty "spanked," but it was fun.
Steve always says this is his favorite place and that you can feel the spirit here. I can now say that I agree, but I also feel the spirit in Hawaii!!!!
Hey Babes, I'm gonna be sad when we, as adults, don't have spring break anymore. I had a blast with you!

Whistler? That's like skier heaven! What an incredible experience. From what I remember from high school, you are an exceptional skier, so The Couloir would have been no problem! Glad you survived!
